In 2013 he merged his management company with Kimberly Wyatt’s Beautiful Movements empire to create BM Management (representing musicians, athletes & celebrities). When asked what Bucks meant to him Charles said: ‘Bucks Uni was the start of something very special – it was the first time I was really able to study, socialise and work within the music industry & surrounded by people with the same drive. I remember at the induction panel one of the speakers saying, ‘this is not your first day of University, this is your first day in the Music Industry’. I knew then that this was exactly what I wanted to do everyday & I can’t thank Bucks enough for giving me the tools to succeed’.
